Mergers: Cottesloe merged with SMA United (Swan Migrant Association) in
         1971 to form SMA Cottesloe. SMA Cottesloe then changed it's name to
         Ascot in 1972. In 1979 Ascot merged with Kalamunda United to
         form Forrestfield United.
